Peacock Blue 95. Frost. Accent color. A silky eye shadow for shading lids. Goes on smoothly and blends easily. Stays put for hours without creasing. The superb texture is easy to blend and can be applied wet or dry.

HOW TO USE:
Excellent eye shadow accent color. May be used dry or wet. Apply with a Paul Christian eye shadow fluff brush.
When applying makeup to your eye: Choose three eye shadow shades: Light, medium, and dark or accent color. First, apply a lighter shade (such as Soft Beige 362, True Beige, Bisque 357 or Ivory) all over the lid using an eye shadow base brush.
Second, apply a medium-dark shade (such as Grey Brown, Pearl Brown, Light Gold ) slightly above the crease with an eye shadow fluff brush.
Third, line eyes with an eyeliner slant brush and fill in the outside corner of your eyelid using a darker shade (such as Dark Brown, Navy 90, Dark Plum 120, Soft Grey or Dark Green 63) and a fluff brush or experiment with an accent color like Peacock Blue. Now Blend.
